May 17 – 21 EXHIBITION INFORMATION

 

Basic information for exhibitors:

The Idlelo exhibition booths are attributed to national governments, government agencies, industry players, businesses, projects, initiatives, organisations and entities that duly apply. Idlelo and FOSSFA partners are given priority. The remaining booths are attributed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Exhibition Milestones:

  • April 30: End of applications
  • May 07: Final attributions and payments
  • May 16: Final date to assemble stand equipment, team, pre-meets
  • May 17: Set-up of stands, equipment, last check
  • May 18 – 20: Full day exhibitions (0900H - 1800H)
  • May 21 : End of exhibition. Dismantling of booths

Idlelo 4 Exhibitions are managed by the FOSSFA Secretariat in partnership with Heritage Development.

Sharing Stands:

 

Exhibitors may choose to split stands, share stands and/or exhibit for a limited number of days. That will be at the discretion of the main exhibitor, who will be the key contact and the liaison person with management.
